THE CIRCLE OF LIFE
What is your current life like and what do you need to focus on?
If you want to move on in your life, come and let's assess the full complexity of how you're doing now. Areas that require your attention and specific effort will naturally come to light.
The Circle is a very effective coaching technique. During our session we'll create a comprehensive overview, a sort of snapshot of your current life situation and your own proposals of specific actions to take. We'll thoroughly evaluate the functionality of all the individual aspects of your life (relationship to self, friends, work, partnership, health, spirituality, family, hobbies).
We'll use a muscle test (kinesiology) to compare your conscious evaluation of the individual aspects of your life with what your unconscious has to say.
Realizing and admitting what is no longer working in our lives is the first step toward improvement. As long as we don't know about the dysfunctionality or deny that it's there, we cannot change it.

FEARS AND COMFORT ZONES
What would you do, if you weren't afraid? Do you want to conquer your fear?
Then you'll need to start being brave by admitting that you are afraid, look at your fear in close up and try to figure out where it is coming from.
Fears and the prison of our comfort zone keep us passive, discontent, poor, and sick. They stand between us and a free, fulfilling life.
But fear usually arises only from lack of understanding or from apprehension of something new and/or unknown.
Besides that, many poisonous lies and myth circulate in the society for generations and we uncritically allow them to master us.
In reality, there's nothing we should be afraid of, we just need to UNDERSTAND it.
Same as we shine a light into darkness – our worries often immediately dissolve and we find out they were ungrounded.
